Simply follow the instructions on your Free
Spirit packing slip.
Just write the reason for the return and what item you would
like in it's place on the invoice and enclose in box with merchandise.
Affix a return label and send your package to us.
Making Returns and Exchanges
You may return your purchase up to 60 days. Simply complete the return forms. For your
convenience, a return label has been provided.
Specify the exchange item and the new color or size on the invoice. Include the
form in your return package. Simply affix the yellow return label to your
package, add postage and drop it in the mail, and we'll send your new item free
of shipping charges. All exchange requests must be made within 60 days of order
receipt.
If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of
FreeSpiritJeans.com or because of quality issues, FreeSpiritJeans.com will pay
the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will
be sent via Standard Delivery.
Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and
a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement
item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the
completion of exchange processing.
